The project provided training for representatives of non-governmental organizations functioning as Youth Centers (YC) and Councils of Local Youth Action (CLYA) in the Peja region. The training focused on strategic planning, covering key areas such as environmental analysis, defining the mission and goals, developing action plans, and establishing monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. The aim was to strengthen the organizational capacity of these youth-focused entities and enhance their ability to implement effective youth programs.
