The purpose of this project was to train the representatives of non-governmental organizations functioning as Youth Centers (YC) and the Councils of Local Youth Action (CLYA) across all municipalities of Kosovo. The training focused on strategy development and implementation, the creation of project proposals, project execution, development of action plans, and effective communication methods. The goal was to enhance the capacity of these organizations to effectively plan and implement youth-focused initiatives.
