The research included: a) an overview of return and reintegration patterns and outcomes in target countries, with a specific focus on returnees' labor market outcomes upon return, as well as the effects of returns on the communities in the origin country; and b) a thorough analysis of the destination and origin country policies and programs underlying these patterns and outcomes.
