The purpose of the project was to deliver business consultancy services to start-up businesses within the social business incubator. It also focused on capacity building for the management team and board members of the Social Business Incubator Foundation in Mitrovica. Additionally, the project included strategic planning support for the Danish Refugee Council to enhance its organizational effectiveness and impact.
