Customer Satisfaction Assessment – Urban Traffic

This project focuses on assessing customer satisfaction with the services provided by Urban Traffic (public transport operator in Prishtina). The objective of the assessment is to gather feedback from service users regarding the overall quality, efficiency, and reliability of public transportation services.
Through a structured survey, passengers are invited to share their opinions and experiences related to service performance, comfort, accessibility, punctuality, and overall satisfaction.
All responses are fully anonymous and are used exclusively for analytical purposes within the framework of this research. The findings aim to support continuous improvement of public transport services in Prishtina and contribute to evidence-based service enhancement.
