The main purpose of the project was to develop a strategy for the municipality of Prishtina and provide training to municipal officials on key topics. These included the development and implementation of an action plan for the strategy, the creation of budgets and procurement plans, and the monitoring and evaluation of projects. The goal was to strengthen the municipal capacity for effective strategic planning and project management.
