The purpose of the project was to provide training as the first step towards preparing participants to enter the German market. The training covered a range of topics, including Export Promotion, International Trade Law, Standardization and Certification, SAA, Quality Management, Management Training, Human Resources Management, Corporate Management and Internal Firm Organization, Supply Chain Management, Banking, Export Finance and Insurance, B2B and B2C Preparation, Soft Skills (including Digital Communication Skills), and Marketing (including Social Media Advertising). These training sessions aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful market entry and business operations in Germany.
