Provision of consultancy services for enhancing the skills of registered jobseekers and their employment path, including boosting opportunities for self-employment

The project aimed to identify and profile beneficiaries for labor market integration measures. Based on this, 400 beneficiaries received training in the field of entrepreneurship. After completing the training, selected beneficiaries were awarded grants in the form of tools and equipment from ALMP2/UNDP. Following this, they received continuous mentoring and coaching sessions to support the establishment and development of their businesses.
