Research and Consultancy Services in the Field of Transactions and Project Developments with Public Private Partnerships in Prizren Municipality

The purpose of this research was to conduct a feasibility study for the Prizren municipality, which included the following services: development of feasibility studies for selected projects, training and consultancy on business planning for private potential partners and municipal officers, training and consultancy on tender procedures for PPP delivered to municipal officers, and guidance on the development, procedures, and evaluation of project proposals for private potential partners. The project also focused on capacity development in the field of monitoring and reporting on ongoing PPP investments/projects, providing assistance in regular reporting procedures to KPPP, budget control, and more.
