The goal of this project was to research and develop occupational standards for twelve professions to meet the needs of EARK and Vocational Training Centers (VTCs) in Kosovo. The initiative aimed to establish clear and comprehensive standards to guide vocational education and training, ensuring that skills development aligns with labor market demands. The project contributed to enhancing the quality and relevance of vocational training in Kosovo.
