The project aimed to support young people in the Pristina region by providing technical and financial assistance for employment, self-employment, and entrepreneurial initiatives. Participants who successfully completed the Employment and Self-Employment training courses received mentoring and coaching to refine their business ideas into viable, investable proposals. Additionally, ten trainees were provided with tools and equipment to help launch their businesses. This initiative contributed to fostering entrepreneurship and creating sustainable economic opportunities for young individuals.
