Customer satisfaction for the period January-December 2024, for the services provided by K.R.U. "Gjakova" Sh.A.


Assess consumer satisfaction with the services provided by Regional Water Company "Gjakova" Sh.A. for the year 2024. Through a structured survey, data will be collected from household and commercial consumers across the Operational Units of Gjakova, Rahovec, and Lumbardh to evaluate service quality, consumer concerns, and areas for improvement. The survey will be conducted through face-to-face and online methods, targeting 2,488 consumers (approximately 5% of the total customer base). The findings will inform service enhancements, operational efficiency improvements, and customer engagement strategies.
