
Assess consumer satisfaction with the water supply and wastewater services provided by Regional Water Company "Hidrodrini" Sh.A. in Pejë, Klinë, Istog, Deçan, and Junik. Over a period of three years (2023–2025), structured surveys will be conducted with 1,800 respondents, including households and commercial consumers, to evaluate service quality, reliability, billing transparency, and customer support. The survey findings will provide data-driven insights for improving service delivery, operational efficiency, and consumer engagement.
