Customer satisfaction for the period January-December 2024, for the services provided by K.R.U. "Hidroregjioni Jugor" Sh.A.

Assess consumer satisfaction with the water supply and wastewater services provided by Regional Water Company "Hidroregjioni Jugor" Sh.A. for the period January–December 2024. A structured survey will be conducted with 3,190 respondents, including households, businesses, and institutions in the municipalities of Prizren, Suharekë, Malishevë, and Dragash. The survey will evaluate service quality, efficiency, billing accuracy, and customer experience, helping the water company improve operational performance and consumer engagement.
