Customer satisfaction for the period January-December 2024, for the services provided by K.R.U. "Prishtina" Sh.A.


Assess consumer satisfaction with the water supply and sewerage services provided by Regional Water Company "Prishtina" Sh.A. in 2024. It will conduct a quantitative survey with 4,000 respondents, including household, commercial, and institutional consumers from the municipalities of Prishtina, Podujeva, Obiliq, Drenas, Fushë Kosovë, Lipjan, Shtime, and Graçanicë. The study will generate data-driven insights on service quality, efficiency, and consumer concerns, leading to recommendations for service improvements.
