The project focused on drafting strategic documents aimed at enhancing economic development and tourism. It included the development of a strategy for local economic growth and employment, outlining key initiatives to support business expansion and job creation. A comprehensive strategy for local tourism was also formulated to promote the region’s cultural and natural attractions. Additionally, an economic profile of Mitrovica Municipality was developed, providing valuable insights into the area's economic potential and investment opportunities.
