Position 1. Project Manager

Project Manager - Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring quality service delivery and surpassing stakeholder expectations.

·  Directly influence successful project outcomes through efficient activity coordination, rigorous monitoring, and result-oriented reporting.

·  Conduct project planning sessions and adapt project strategies as necessary to meet deadlines.

·  Foster and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

·  Oversee all project-related documentation, including proposal writing and financial planning.

·  Conduct thorough project reviews, creating detailed reports for continuous improvement.

·  Identify growth opportunities, initiate new projects, and conduct relevant research and data analysis.

·  Facilitate workshops, run focus groups, and prepare persuasive business proposals and presentations.

·  Regularly communicate with partners and stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations effectively.


Education:

·  Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.


Experience:

·  Minimum of 3 years in consulting, business administration, or project management.


Language Requirements:

·  Fluent in English and Albanian. Serbian proficiency is advantageous.


Other Qualifications and Skills:

·  Keen understanding of market trends and commercial awareness.

·  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·  Independent, goal-driven work ethic, combined with effective teamwork skills.

·  Possession of a valid driver's license (Category B).

 

Position 2. Project Officer

Project Officer - Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Engage directly in delivering high-quality client consulting services.

·  Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring.

·  Compile and present regular reports on project progress and performance.

·  Draft administrative documents, reports, and prepare proposals/bids.

·  Manage and maintain the customer portfolio database of the organization.

·  Handle various daily office activities and tasks as needed.


Education:

·  University degree in Economics or Business Administration. Master's level preferred.


Experience:

·  Proven skills in managing and coordinating project implementation activities.


Language Requirements:

·  Fluency in English and Albanian, both oral and written.


Other Qualifications and Skills:

·  Expertise in proposal writing, especially for funding applications and tender submissions.

·  Comprehensive understanding of the non-governmental development sector.

·  Outstanding communication skills.

·  Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

·  Quick learner, capable of working accurately under tight deadlines.

·  Skill in building and maintaining both internal and external relationships.

·  Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of working efficiently under pressure.

·  Proactive, positive approach with a solution-focused mindset.

·  Results-driven with minimal supervision required.

·  Possession of a valid driver's license (Category B).

 

Position 3. Business Consultant:

Business Consultant - Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Actively participate in project management and coordination within the organization.

·  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, including private businesses, donors, public institutions, and others.

·  Analyze client situations, conduct business research, and develop comprehensive Business Plans.

·  Provide high-level, individualized guidance to entrepreneurs, business owners, and managers.

·  Develop expertise in business development, and effectively market and promote the organization to target clients and partners.


Education:

·  University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.


Experience:

·  Experience in business consultancy, with skills in finance, accounting, marketing, business management, and project management.

·  Proven ability in managing, coordinating, and implementing projects, particularly in economics and business consultancy.

·  Skilled in writing and compiling project proposals.


Language Requirements:

·  Fluency in English and Albanian, both oral and written.


Other Qualifications and Skills:

·  Proficient in reporting and presentation.

·  Knowledge and experience in developing business plans.

·  Strong analytical and communication skills.

·  Innovative and creative in identifying new business opportunities.

·  Teamwork and cooperation skills, with an ability to build and work in teams.

·  Proficiency in compiling various documents such as papers, reports, proposals, and bids.

·  Possession of a valid driver's license (Category B).


Position 4. Paid Internship

Paid Internship - Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Manage and oversee client portfolios.

·  Perform data entry and develop, as well as maintain, client databases.

·  Assist in coordinating various project implementation activities.

·  Engage in communication with clients and partners.

·  Support the maintenance and updating of project information and materials.

·  Assist company consultants in delivering services to clients.

·  Help compile administrative documents for clients and partners.


Education:

·  Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Management/Administration, or a related field.


Other Qualifications and Skills:

·  Preference for candidates with a valid driver's license (Category B).

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office.

·  Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

·  Strong team player with effective collaboration skills.

·  Excellent communication abilities.

·  Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow.

·  Solid planning and organizing skills.
