Provision of services in the establishment of the grant scheme for Start-Ups, Micro, and Small Enterprises (MSEs), including business consultancy services

The project aimed to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment and mapping of existing businesses and entrepreneurs in Janjevë/Janjevo. Based on the findings, a tailored training curriculum was developed and delivered to support start-ups and business expansion. A grant scheme was established to provide financial support for micro and small enterprises, fostering their growth and sustainability. Additionally, mentoring and coaching services were provided to enhance business development and long-term success.
