Recycling Matters Activity – Fushë Kosovë/Kosovo Polje

The project aimed to enhance waste management and recycling by addressing key gaps in the garbage collection industry in Gracanica and Fushe Kosove. It focused on strengthening the entire waste management process by involving municipalities, private businesses, public enterprises, and unofficial waste collectors. A coordinated and sustainable recycling mechanism was developed to improve efficiency and environmental impact. The initiative contributed to fostering long-term collaboration among stakeholders to ensure a more effective and inclusive waste management system.
