Training for Women from Diverse Communities in Business Management and Soft Skills

In cooperation with the Jahjaga Foundation, D&D Business Support Center is implementing a series of professional training sessions across four municipalities in Kosovo: Fushë Kosovë, Podujevë, Klinë, and Novoberde. The initiative focuses on empowering women by enhancing their skills in two key areas: small business management and employability through soft skills development. The program is designed to be practical, inclusive, and tailored to the real needs of local beneficiaries. Topics include business registration, financial literacy, digital marketing, project writing for grants, as well as essential soft skills such as CV and motivation letter writing, teamwork, professional ethics, time management, and conflict resolution. Trainings are delivered in the local language, with interpretation into Serbian provided in Novoberde.
