Field interviews and data collection, surveys conducted for the needs of three departments within the Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS).

D&D Business Support Center is currently implementing a nationwide research project aimed at identifying the key professions and skills that are missing in the tourism labour market in Kosovo. Commissioned within the framework of the Tourism Strategy 2024–2030, the project will aim to address the critical shortage of qualified workforce in the sector. Through extensive fieldwork, including surveys tourism service providers and interviews with key institutions, the project will analyse the alignment between the current education and training offer and the evolving needs of the tourism industry. The findings will facilitate recommendations to improve the quality of vocational education and guide workforce development policies.
