Capacity Building of AVETAE through the Development of Professional Standards and Trainings for Teachers and Management of the Competence Centers (CCs)

The project implemented in close partnership with the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education (AVETAE). The project aims to enhance the quality of vocational education in Kosovo through the development of new and the revision of existing professional standards, aligned with the National Qualifications Framework and labor market needs. In addition, the project includes structured training modules for teachers and management staff of Competence Centers located in Prishtina, Prizren, Ferizaj, Skenderaj, and Malishevë, focusing on modern teaching methodologies, the use of technology in education, and leadership development.
